The Future of Vet Care Is Kind.
Kindness is the baseline, not the exception.
A veterinary group built on steady, deliberate improvement, so that outcomes get better for animals and for the people who care for them.
Our Values
The principles that guide everything we do at AnimalKind.
Kindness
It's non-negotiable. Everything we do is grounded in kindness.
Reliability
Effortless reliability creates trust and allows us to do our best work.
Solutions First
Anyone can spot problems. We focus our energy on finding solutions.
1% Better, Daily
We focus on small, consistent improvements. Our journey is a marathon, not a sprint.
Micro + Macro
We keep our eyes on the big picture but focus on executing what's in front of us at that moment.
1 + 1 = 3
We're an ecosystem. Everyone plays an equally important role in making the whole greater than the sum of its parts.
Kindness is the baseline, not the exception.
Steady, deliberate improvement drives better outcomes for animals and the people who care for them. Technology serves the work, never the other way around.
3 practices in the group. 2 more coming this November.
First-opinion care in the community, and referral-level medicine when a case needs it, connected by one clinical record.
Les Eturs
Our largest Guernsey site and the clinical heart of the island operation, with full first-opinion care, in-house diagnostics and surgery.
Northside
A neighbourhood practice serving the north of the island, with the same records, plans and clinical standards as Les Eturs.
Northwest Referrals
A multidisciplinary referral hospital taking cases from practices across the North West: advanced imaging, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery and neurology.
Chorley
First-opinion practice with direct access to Northwest Referrals for complex cases.
Haydock
First-opinion practice serving Haydock and the surrounding communities.
Real operators, working in and on the business every day.
Unclear ownership, underserved communities and disconnected relationships.
Consolidation has outpaced care
The market is saturated with corporate practices. Scale arrived; the personal relationship between clinic and client largely didn't.
Local communities want it personal
Our communities need healthcare providers that know them by name, delivered by models and technology that move the sector forward, not backwards.
Teams are burnt out
Vets and nurses need somewhere they can see and feel progression in their careers. Retention is a clinical quality issue, not an HR one.
The clinic and client link is broken
Booking, records, follow-up and payment still sit in separate places. It should be one seamless relationship, so we built the software for it.
A group of practices worth working at.
We're growing deliberately: five sites by November 2026, first-opinion practices feeding our own referral hospital and our bespoke patient management software connecting all the dots.
Every partnership keeps its team and name but gains a career structure, modern back-office kit and a system built by people who use it daily.
